Spiderman: No Way Home is the latest movie in the Tom Holland trilogy. This episode follows Spiderman after his identity is revealed to the world and as he solicits the help of Dr Strange to develop a spell that can make everyone forget that Spiderman and Peter Parker are the same person. Ultimately, the spell brings several of the web crawler’s past enemies and some very familiar allies back into his world.
This brand new movie is one of the best (if not actually the best) Marvel movies made in recent years and is regarded (by social media and many fans) as the greatest Spiderman movie of all.
Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield – probably the best actors ever to portray Spiderman – take turns in the lead role in this film. Additionally, while the acting is top tier, the CGI is incredible, as demonstrated in two of the movie’s battle scenes featuring the Sandman and Electro.
Of course, the movie does have its shortcomings. The storyline on the death of Aunt May is too much like the death of Parker’s Uncle Ben in the comics. By rehashing many of the same issues with a parallel story line in this movie, Tom Holland makes Aunt May's death almost unnecessary.
Other than that, the new Spiderman: No Way Home is almost perfect and is a fun way to spend couple of hours and a few dollars at the theater. I rate it a 9.5/10.
